With a discovery conversation and, where the work warrants it, a site visit. We map the current state, agree a measurable problem statement, and issue a written go or no-go with reasons. Nothing is priced until the specification is fixed, because a rate quoted against an undefined scope is a negotiating position rather than an estimate.

Both, and the proposal says which. Capital projects and software rollouts are scoped and priced against a defined specification. Monitoring, maintenance and managed operations run on an agreed ongoing basis. Where a programme is large, we scope the pilot separately from the rollout so you commit to the second only after the first has been measured.

It stops there, and you have paid only for the pilot. Success criteria are agreed in writing against a baseline measured before we start, so the result is a number rather than an argument. Nothing scales until the pilot proves itself, which is the point of running one.

Under our standard terms, software, designs, drawings, methods and documentation we create remain our property unless a signed agreement transfers them to you expressly. Assignment of deliverables, source code escrow and licence scope are all negotiable, and are settled in the agreement before work begins rather than at handover.

Yes. Most of our industrial deployments run on mixed-vintage machinery and integrate with an ERP that is already in place, commonly SAP. Retrofit data capture using sensors, edge gateways, barcode and RFID readers and cameras is standard practice, so plants do not need to replace equipment or incumbent vendors to become measurable.

Yes. Plant data, drawings, title documents and commercial terms are treated as confidential as a matter of course, and we will sign your non-disclosure agreement or provide ours before anything sensitive is shared.

A proposal is valid for the period stated in it, and otherwise for thirty days. A contract comes into existence only when we confirm an order or execute a written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, freight and insurance. Payment terms are those set out in the proposal, invoice or agreement, and are agreed before mobilisation.

It depends on the vertical. Technology engagements are delivered and contracted through Ajinkya Technologies, the group technology operating company. Infrastructure, agriculture and energy are operated in-house by Kadle Global Private Limited. The proposal names the contracting entity, and one point of contact covers the engagement either way.
