What does Kadle Global do in technology?

Kadle Global delivers industrial technology through Ajinkya Technologies, its technology operating company based in Belagavi and Bengaluru. The practice builds manufacturing execution systems (MES), RFID and barcode traceability, machine vision inspection, industrial IoT platforms, predictive maintenance, drone fleet software and enterprise learning platforms. Deployments run in steel, refractories, ferrous casting, composites, banking, public infrastructure and education. Reference work includes IIoT maintenance intelligence and paint-barrel traceability at JSW Steel, gamified enterprise learning at Aditya Birla Hindalco, and BrowseSafe, a free Android security application built with ShreshtaIT for the Karnataka Cyber Security Department. Samsung published the warehouse automation deployment as an official Business Insights case study in September 2025, and Forbes India profiled the founder in April 2026. Reported deployment figures include $1.4 billion of inventory under management and more than 720,000 materials tracked daily. Engineering practice covers GDPR and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certification in progress.

Capabilities

What we deliver in technology

7 capability areas, each with named deliverables and an agreed measure of success before work starts.

Manufacturing Execution (MES)

Production orders, routing, genealogy and shop-floor control wired into SAP and ERP systems of record.

RFID & Barcode Traceability

Item-level tracking across inbound, WIP, stores and dispatch, with tally checking that removes manual reconciliation.

Machine Vision & Defect AI

Camera-based inspection that catches surface and dimensional defects in milliseconds, at line speed.

IIoT & Predictive Maintenance

Machine data capture, condition monitoring and failure prediction across mixed-vintage plant equipment.

Drone Fleet & Aerial Intelligence

Mission planning, fleet management and aerial analytics for industrial inspection and perimeter security.

Data, BI & Agentic AI

Data pipelines, Power BI dashboards and AI agents that turn plant telemetry into decisions.

Ankastra Workforce Management

Face recognition attendance on a tablet kiosk, existing biometric terminals integrated rather than replaced, contract labour, multi-state payroll and Factories Act registers, running at 71,000 employee scale.

The mechanism, not the marketing

Every engagement in this vertical is designed so the outcome can be measured against a baseline taken before we started.

Organisations served across the group

Across four verticals, Kadle Global and its operating companies have worked with more than 1,500 organisations in India, the United States and the Middle East, from listed manufacturers and banks to public bodies and regional enterprises.

Logos and trade marks shown are the property of their respective owners, and appear here solely to identify organisations engaged by Kadle Global’s operating companies.

How a project starts

The five-stage engagement process: discovery, design, pilot, deploy and scale01Discovery
Site visit, current-state mapping, measurable problem statement
02Design
Solution architecture, commercials, success criteria agreed in writing
03Pilot
One line, one plot, one plant, proven against the baseline
04Deploy
Full rollout with training, documentation and handover
05Scale
Second site, second vertical, continuous measurement
Nothing scales until the pilot proves itself against the baseline.

Technology: questions we are asked

Can you work with the plant and ERP we already have?

Yes, and most deployments do. Machines that expose no digital signal are instrumented externally using current sensors, edge gateways, barcode and RFID readers and cameras, and the platform integrates with SAP and existing ERP systems. You do not need to replace equipment or incumbent vendors to get a measurable plant.

How is a first project priced?

Against a defined specification, not an area or a licence count. After discovery we fix the scope, the integration points and the success criteria, then price it. A pilot on one line is scoped and priced separately from the rollout, so the larger commitment is made against a measured result rather than a projection.

Who owns the system once it is built?

Under our standard terms the software, designs and documentation remain ours unless the signed agreement assigns them to you. Assignment, licence scope and source code escrow are all negotiable and are settled in the agreement before work starts.

What happens after go-live?

Rollout includes operator training, documentation and a formal handover. Ongoing support, monitoring and enhancement run on terms agreed in the engagement rather than being assumed. The measures agreed at the start stay in place afterwards, so performance remains visible.

Which compliance standards do you work to?

Engineering practice covers GDPR and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certification are in progress. Plant data is treated as confidential, and we will sign your non-disclosure agreement before anything sensitive is shared.
