Kadle Global's renewable energy vertical develops and operates clean generation, principally solar and wind, and trades both energy and the carbon instruments that generation produces. Activity spans site identification and feasibility, land tie-up through the group's own infrastructure vertical, plant development, generation, and power trading, together with carbon-credit origination, measurement, verification and sale. The group treats carbon as a distinct commercial product rather than a by-product: emissions reductions from renewable generation and from sustainable agriculture are measured, documented and taken to market as tradable environmental assets. Generation assets are instrumented using the group's own IIoT and predictive-maintenance software, so plant availability, performance ratio and downtime are monitored continuously rather than reviewed monthly. This vertical is where Kadle Global's four businesses converge: land from infrastructure, monitoring from technology, and carbon inventory from agriculture and energy.

Can we buy power directly from you?
Yes. The vertical structures clean power supply for industrial and institutional offtakers, and advises on credible emissions reporting alongside it. Structure, tenure and pricing are set per project because they depend on the site, the load profile and the applicable regulatory route.
Do you develop on your own land or on ours?
Both. The group secures and services its own sites through its infrastructure vertical, and it also develops on land an offtaker already holds. Where the land is yours, the diligence sequence still applies before anything is committed.
How are carbon credits verified before sale?
Reductions are measured against a documented baseline, reported consistently, and confirmed by an independent third party before credits are issued. A credit without a baseline you can reconstruct and a named verifier is a credit that will be discounted or rejected, so we treat carbon as a product with its own measurement discipline.
How is plant performance reported to an offtaker?
Continuously. Generation assets are instrumented with the group IIoT and predictive maintenance tooling, so availability, performance ratio and downtime are monitored as they happen rather than reviewed monthly in arrears.
