Kadle Global Private Limited is an Indian diversified holding company based in Belagavi, Karnataka. It is a working parent company rather than a passive holding vehicle: each vertical is operated directly, with its own delivery discipline and reporting line, and engineering capability is shared between them.
The group operates four verticals. Technology and industrial AI is delivered through Ajinkya Technologies, a smart-manufacturing engineering company established in 2019 with more than 200 engineers in Belagavi and Bengaluru, whose products include Ankastra, an AI workforce management system running at 71,000+ employees across Indian manufacturing. Infrastructure covers land acquisition, layout development and civil construction. Agriculture covers vegetables, fruit, farm produce and dairy under sustainable practice, and takes cold pressed coconut oil to market under the group brand Karijeeva. Renewable energy covers solar and wind generation, power trading and carbon-credit origination. The verticals share engineering capability, capital discipline and a single standard of evidence.

Every vertical carries instrumentation. Plant telemetry, batch traceability, drone progress capture and performance dashboards exist so that what we report to a client is verifiable.
Let the verticals feed each other
Technology instruments the energy plants. Infrastructure secures the land. Agriculture and energy generate the carbon inventory. The group is designed so capability compounds.

Sustainability is structural, not cosmetic. Carbon participation, soil health and clean generation are business lines with balance-sheet consequences, not marketing lines.

What the structure means for you
Does a group spanning four industries dilute focus on ours?
It would if the verticals were unrelated holdings. They are operated, each with its own delivery team, clients and performance measures, and the capabilities transfer: the instrumentation built for manufacturing clients runs on our own plants, plots and generation assets. You deal with the vertical that owns your work, not with a head office.
Can one engagement draw on more than one vertical?
Yes, and several do. A generation project needs land secured and serviced before it is built, then instrumented once it runs. A warehousing development needs civil delivery and then traceability systems inside it. Where an engagement crosses verticals it is still run against one programme, one reporting line and one point of contact.
What reporting can we expect during a project?
Progress against a defined gate process rather than a narrative update. Construction and land projects carry dated drone survey capture at set intervals and dashboarded programme tracking. Industrial software deployments report against the baseline measured before go-live. The intention is that you can verify progress rather than take it on trust.
Does the group sell anything directly to consumers?
Through one brand. Karijeeva sells cold pressed coconut oil, made from coconuts grown on group farms in Karnataka, to households directly. Everything else the group does is business to business and is contracted against a defined scope rather than listed at a price.
What is the commercial relationship with Ajinkya Technologies?
Ajinkya Technologies, established in 2019, is the group technology operating company and delivers the technology vertical. It contracts in its own name for those engagements. The other three verticals are operated directly by Kadle Global Private Limited. Which entity you contract with is stated in the proposal.
