Before you apply
Does Kadle Global hire freshers?
Yes. The engineering practices take graduates every year, usually into a structured first year that mixes plant exposure with supervised delivery work. Apply through the form on this page with a short note on what you have actually built.
Where would I be based?
Belagavi or Bengaluru, depending on the practice. Industrial and infrastructure roles are weighted towards Belagavi because that is where the sites are. Travel to client plants is normal for technology and energy roles.
What does the hiring process look like?
A short conversation about your background, a practical exercise relevant to the role rather than an abstract puzzle, a technical discussion with the people you would work with, and a closing conversation on expectations. Usually two to three weeks.
